The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently visiting the Fernie two Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render solutions for the community.

SASSA will be rendering providers including new social grant applications, change of payment method, client treatment enquiries, and also the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency mentioned it can be alarmed with regard to the large range of people relying on social grants for survival.
